A tree hit our AC unit during hurricane Irma and bent the casing. The fan blade started hitting metal and began to smoke. I called Keith Key and he came out immediately and fixed our AC and said, “No charge.” He showed compassion while we were in the midst of roof repairs caused by that same tree falling on our roof.
