This preventative maintenance plan is an agreement to provide bi-yearly (2 visits/year) inspection of each HVAC system.

- Replace filters
- Inspect blower for optimal operation and cleanliness
- Thorough assessment of Freon (refrigerant) levels and electrical components (capacitors, contactors, relays).
- Evaporator coil inspected and cleaned as needed.
- Condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned as needed
- Drain lines, pans, and condensate pumps will be cleaned and cleared. Self-cleansing tabs will be placed to continue clearing away accumulations and odors.
- Amperage of motors will be assessed and recorded.
- Compressor will be amped and assessed
- Evaluate duct work for leaks and effectiveness.
- Thermostats will be checked for proper functioning and calibration.
