Every Visit
What's included in each inspection.
Twice a year, our technicians go through your full system — heating and cooling — so small issues never turn into big repairs.
- Inspect blower for optimal operation and cleanliness
- Thorough assessment of Freon (refrigerant) levels and electrical components (capacitors, contactors, relays)
- Evaporator coil inspected and cleaned as needed
- Condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned as needed
- Drain lines, pans, and condensate pumps will be cleaned and cleared
- Self-cleansing tabs will be placed to continue clearing away accumulations and odors
- Amperage of motors will be assessed and recorded
- Compressor will be amped and assessed
- Evaluate duct work for leaks and effectiveness
- Thermostats will be checked for proper functioning and calibration
